• When will I receive my order?

All unframed prints will ship out the next business day after order has been placed. Please note orders that are placed during a week of a holiday will be delayed by a couple of days. For all framed orders, please allow 2–3 weeks until shipment. Small sized framed prints will ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S. and various speeds to select international countries. Medium sized framed prints will ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S. Most ship FedEx Ground which takes 2–5 business days. • Do you ship worldwide?

We are able to ship all prints internationally.

• What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact [email protected].

• Can you explain your prints in detail?

All prints are made to order, printed by our nearest partner near you. For example, if the destination for a purchase is in the US, we'll print from a facility in the US. If it's somewhere in Europe, we'll print with a partner based in the UK. Our partners' custom-made bright white photo paper with satin finish combined with the state of the art printers and inks makes the lustre photo paper prints perfect for not only photographs but also for sharp and colorful graphic art high in contrast and saturation. 

• Can you explain your frames in detail?

We provide a choice of 100% real wood frame moulding in matte white, or matte black and are protected by shatter-proof plexi-glass with UV coating.
